Shipping Policy

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product page to check availability and the estimated delivery date.

Delivery estimates depend on your pincode, the product and the courier partner, and are shown on the product page and at checkout. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery may apply above a minimum order value or with certain offers. Express delivery, where available, is charged separately.

Once your order is shipped you can track it from the My Orders page, and we will send updates by email. Tracking details such as the courier name and AWB number are shown when available.

If you are unavailable, the courier will usually make more than one attempt. If delivery repeatedly fails, the package may be returned to us and your order refunded after it is received.

Please check the package at delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, take photos and raise a return request from the order page within the return window.
